The Data Controller is Fioravante Capaccio ("ADR Studio Suite", "we"), reachable at support@adr-suite.com.
Before starting the Software download, we ask for your name and email address through a form on this site; at this stage we collect no payment details, because the trial is free for 30 days. If you later purchase a licence, we additionally process your name, your email address and the Machine ID of the workstation the licence will be activated on — a code derived from the computer's hardware characteristics, needed to issue a licence valid only on that machine. Payment details (card, billing address) never pass through us: they are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, see section 4.
We use your name and email to: (a) keep a record of who downloads the Software; (b) contact you about ADR Studio Suite — updates, product communications, sales follow-up. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), given by ticking the checkbox on the download form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@adr-suite.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
The download form is handled through Formspree, Inc. (United States), which receives and stores your submissions on our behalf as a data processor — see Formspree's privacy policy for details. For the sale and delivery of the licence we also rely on: Lemon Squeezy LLC (United States), acting as Merchant of Record — it is the legal seller towards you, collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles tax obligations, processing your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; Resend, Inc. (United States), which delivers the email containing the licence file; and Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the service that generates the licence and the database where the issuance is recorded. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. As these vendors are based in the United States, transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place under the safeguards provided by each of them.
Individual form submissions remain viewable in the Formspree dashboard for the period allowed by the plan in use (30 days on the free plan). If we keep your contact longer for sales follow-up purposes, we do so only for as long as it remains useful for that purpose or until you request deletion.
When you purchase a licence, our automated service records in a database hosted on Cloudflare: the order identifier, name, email address, Machine ID, licence type (Light or Pro), issue date and the generated licence file. We need these in order to issue the licence, to re-issue it if you lose it or contact us for support, and to meet the administrative and accounting obligations arising from the sale. The legal basis is the performance of the contract to which you are a party (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for the accounting part, compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). We keep this data for as long as the licence remains valid and, limited to what is necessary, for the period imposed by tax law. Payment details remain with Lemon Squeezy and are never transmitted to us. The Mini version, being free and activation-free, generates no license record.
To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data, plus an internal visit counter: for each page view the site sends to a Cloudflare service of ours the visited path, the browser language and the referring page; Cloudflare adds the estimated country/city/region at routing time. We do not record the IP address or any visitor identifier, and we use this data only in aggregate form, to understand which pages work. The site also stores a single technical preference in your browser (localStorage): the chosen language. Downloading the Mini version involves communicating no personal data.
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to support@adr-suite.com.
